Terms of Service

These terms apply to jobsoxo.com and the JobsOxo waitlist, operated by JobsOxo, LLC (“JobsOxo,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t guarantee access or a specific start date. We invite people in batches and may decide who to invite based on things like trade and crew size. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
2. Early access
Early access is free while it lasts. The product is still being built, so features may change, break or be removed. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any paid plan starts, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.
3. Your information
Please give us accurate details when you sign up. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve JobsOxo without owing you anything. We appreciate it.
5. Our content
The JobsOxo name, owl logo, site design and text belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no spam signups, scraping, hacking attempts or anything illegal. We can remove anyone from the waitlist who does.
7. No guarantees
The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing on the site is tax, legal or accounting advice.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, JobsOxo isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or waitlist, and our total liability is limited to $100.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and email you if the change is significant.
