Built by a contractor, for small construction businesses

Price it. Run it. Get paid.

One simple app to price jobs, send invoices, pay your crew and keep track of change orders. Nothing else.

An interior job site in progress: taped drywall, a scissor lift and stacked boards, with the city skyline through the windows

Made for the owner who's on site all day.

Big buttons, plain words, and nothing you have to learn twice.

Five apps, a spreadsheet and a shoebox of receipts.

Most small contractors price jobs in one place, invoice in another, run payroll somewhere else and keep change orders in their texts. Nothing talks to anything, and the paperwork eats your evenings.

JobsOxo puts the four jobs that actually make you money into one app.

01

Price jobs

Build a price by the square foot, the hour or the lot. Save your rates once and reuse them on every quote.

  • Line items by room or section
  • Labor and materials kept separate
  • Turn a quote into an invoice in one tap
Job pricing screen
02

Send invoices and get paid

See the invoice exactly as your client will before you hit send. They can pay online, and you see who owes what at a glance.

  • Deposits, progress and final invoices
  • Automatic payment reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days
  • Know what’s overdue the second it is

03

Pay your crew

Crew text in their hours, and JobsOxo adds them up by job. Day rates, hourly, W-2 or 1099 all work.

  • Hours tracked against each job
  • Taxes and deductions worked out for you
  • Ready-to-copy worksheet for Gusto

Run jobs and change orders

Every job in one place: who’s on it, what it costs and what’s changed. Get the extra work signed off before you start it.

  • Week-at-a-glance schedule for every crew
  • Change orders tied to the right invoice
  • Materials logged against the job

Built in the trade

Made by a contractor, not a software company.

JobsOxo was built by someone who runs a construction business and got tired of doing the books at midnight. Every screen started as a real problem on a real job.

The name says it: JobsOxo means “Job’s well done.” It’s what you say when the work’s finished, signed off and paid for.

“I didn't want another app with forty tabs. I wanted to price the job, pay my guys and get paid. So, my wife and I built that.”
Owner, Conor Foy Plaster · New York City
