Privacy Policy

JobsOxo, LLC (“JobsOxo,” “we,” “us”) is based in New York, NY. This policy explains what information we collect on jobsoxo.com and through our waitlist, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect only what we need to let you in, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your name, email address, type of work and crew size.

When you visit the site: basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location (city/country), collected through Plausible Analytics. Plausible doesn’t use cookies or track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies.

If you accept cookies in the banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects similar technical information, including an identifier for your browser. It doesn’t run unless you accept, and you can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

When you email us: your email address.

2. How we use it

To contact you when your waitlist spot opens and to set up your account.
To send occasional product updates about JobsOxo. You can unsubscribe from any email.
To understand who’s signing up so we build the right features.
To keep the site secure and working.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run JobsOxo, and only for that purpose: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Plausible and Google Analytics (analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after our last contact with you if you never create an account.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@jobsoxo.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

6. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and will tell you promptly if there’s a breach that affects you.

7. Children

JobsOxo is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll email you first.
