This game is going to stun you. Designed using Crytek`s Cry Engine 2, reality bites in Crysis. Compared to its predecessors Cry and Far Cry which both got great reviews, Crysis takes everything to another level. Every plant moves when you brush against it. Palm Trees splinter and fall in the midst of heavy gun fire. For an added bonus see what happens when you ram a vehicle into a building. So its good... The gameplay centers around the use of your biosuit, an array of weaponary, vehicles and how smart and careful you can be.
You need to be very strategic in your use of energy. Your biosuit nanites can give you additional powers but wheter you use these to power-up your speed or to protect an injury is your choice. Additionally you use a combination of walk, run, jump, drive, fly and anti-grav boots for moving around.
Enemies offer a range of intelligence and just as you have strategies for taking them out, they have strategies for flushing you out. And thats only the human enemies... When you get into the Frozen Sphere where the aliens have taken root, pain gets a new name. The beasties don`t have human hearts and you`re all going to die.
